Heather and Jim had planned to have an outside ceremony and reception in the backyard of Jim’s parents beautiful home.
The weather forecast looked good the few days leading up to the big day.
However, on my way to the wedding it started pouring out of nowhere.
I called Heather to see what the weather was like there, and I learned that it poured for about five minutes after all the tables have been setup.
Luckily, the sun came out soon after and the planner and the catering team pulled out their superpowers and managed to get everything dried up and setup again in time for the ceremony.
The rest of the day was as beautiful as anyone could have imagined, in every way possible.
When you have a couple who are as in love and as completely excited about marrying one another as Heather and Jim, then you just know you are in for a day that promises a lot of beauty and genuine emotion.
I couldn’t be happier for these two and am so glad to have shared this special day with them.
