How do I access my gallery and order photos?
Please go to vanjad.gotphoto.com and enter your personal access code.
What is my coupon code?
Your coupon code (for the fee paid for your session) is the same as your personal access code.
How long will my photos be available?
The photos will be available for 10 days. Please order all of your photos before then as they will not be available after the gallery closes.
Will my photos be edited?
Yes! All photos will be edited before printing and before digital copies (if purchased) are sent to you. See below for a sample before and after. All images will come with clean white background.
Do you offer collages?
We offer 10x30 collages. Please select one photo and click purchase, you will then be able to enter the photo numbers for all of the images you’d like to include in your collage. The collages are delivered separately from the individual photos, so expect two different packages. Please choose 4-5 images for your collage.
For those of you that ordered collages in the past - unfortunately, the smaller collage size is no longer available. Also, due to increasing print prices, we had to make some adjustments to the pricing of our custom collage products.
Do you offer memory mates?
Yes! Please choose your favorite pose and we’ll add the group photo. NOT AVAILABLE THIS YEAR FOR FW DANCE CONNECTION (no group photos were taken). The dancer’s first name will be printed on the memory mate.
Do you offer packages?
We have designed several packages to give you the best deal possible. Many packages have digital file add-ons, you’ll be able to see those as an option once you select a package.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Please allow up to 3 weeks for final photo delivery. All prints will be shipped directly to you.
