I met with Mariela and her little (but growing) family a couple of weeks ago for their maternity session. It was a beautiful day all day but on our way there the Texas weather decided to do what it does best – completely change! The dark skies rolled in and it started raining. We decided we would reschedule but not before we jumped out of our cars and took a few shots with the cool skies that rolled in. 🙂 The first three photos are from that very mini session (literally 2 minutes) session and the rest are from our rescheduled session. It worked out perfectly because we were able to get a few shots with dramatic skies and then shoot with some beautiful natural light followed by a gorgeous sunset at Benbrook lake. Congratulations, the Dulay family! I’m excited for you guys and look forward to meeting your baby girl.
