Chinenye and Pureheart’s wedding was a two day event.
They started their celebration with a traditional Nigerian ceremony and reception on Friday night at the Oasis Ballroom in Irving, followed by a catholic ceremony at Saint Mary The Virgin Catholic Church in Arlington the next day.
After the church ceremony, the couple decided they wanted to get their portraits taken back at the hotel where they were getting ready earlier.
We took some portraits in the lobby of the beautiful Sheraton Hotel in Arlington as well as a few outside on the Plaza on The Hill.
The couple continued their celebration with family and friends at the Cendera Center in Fort Worth.
I have to say, all of my couples have had huge parties lately and this one was no different.
Both nights were filled with almost non stop dancing.
Add the colorful traditional Nigerian attire to that and you have a photographer’s dream reception.
It was an amazing (and exhausting) weekend but so worth it as you can tell in the images below.
