The day is finally here!
I stayed up till 4am editing these last night and it was so worth losing sleep over. 🙂
What a day!
MJ and Alex wanted to do the “first look” before the ceremony but didn’t want to see each other, so MJ kept her eyes closed and Alex wore a bandana (because men can’t be trusted not to peek). 😉
And now a couple of very special photos…
Bride and Groom with their getaway classic car.
This is probably one of my all time favorite photos I have ever taken. It was really foggy and the fog just added this mystery feel to the photo that I just love. We took this in literally 30 seconds while we stole MJ and Alex from their reception. We didn’t want them to miss out on any of the party.
The groom and groomsmen running away from a tornado – this was Alex’s idea. He saw the famous Pinterest photo of the bridal party running away from the dinosaur and asked me if we could do something similar. I said sure, why not?! So we took this photo literally moments before it started pouring like crazy so I thougt a tornado would be a better fit. Thanks to my friend Rich Reirson for the Photoshop amazingness and for making the tornado look so real!
And last, but not least – the girls had to have their own special picture from the big day. We went with recreating the Bridesmaids movie poster. So much fun!!
The wedding party was so cute….and I loved the groomsmen’s and bridesmaids’ photo ops!
